I referred a client to Aura Home Health because I know the client personally and know Aura would be the best choice. I attended client’s first visit because I also help take care of said client. Nurse Gaynor was very polite, she listened to every question client has and answered promptly. She gave a training regarding catheter and proper disposal of urine. Client has a toenail fungal infection and she will refer to foot doctor. She is very proactive and knowledgeable overall the client is happy with the care he received and asked I help him to complete this review. He highly recommend Aura Home Health because he saw how dedicated Gaynor was in making sure all aspects of home health is covered.

I had the pleasure of meeting Jacob, he has gone above and beyond for my mother and made the biggest impact in my family’s life. When you know your family is being seen by anyone of medical profession we all want that one thing. To know they are well taken care of. Coming from a family of medical background myself I always have been one to have to do more to ensure that my family is getting the best treatment wherever they are seen! Jacob takes such great care of my grandma, and we seriously can’t thank him enough. She needs regular wound care on her foot, and he handles it with so much care and attention to detail. My grandma can be a little difficult sometimes she’s not the most patient person but she absolutely adores Jacob. She’s always saying how gentle and professional he is, and how he does her bandages just right every time. She actually looks forward to his visits! You can really tell he cares about his patients. We’re so grateful for the compassion he’s shown her. He’s honestly the best.
