They overbook and cancel appointments last minute when they cannot fulfill. Pediatrician (Dr. Sy) rushes through appointments and comes late to appointments. She talks and talks without giving leeway for questions. Some receptionists are useful while others do not care at all about providing support and will send you on your merry way.

I love this clinic the front desk receptionists are amazing!! They are polite and helpful.The Medical Assistant Alfredo, who did my labs was so helpful, he went a step further to help me so I wouldn’t have return a second time to the lab. I can’t say enough about Ms. Sinai she is very attentive and caring. Amazing staff!

The nurse Esperanza was sooo amazing when it came to doing my 4mo daughter vaccine shots. She went out beyond what I have experienced to make sure my baby didn't feel her shots, she was extraordinary Always very pleased with how they attend and confirm all info. Been with Dr Sy for almost 10yrs and I don't think I would ever change.
