These nurses are nice but my mom had an abdomen infection was hospitalized for over a month came home on a wound vac and these nurses left 2 not 1 but 2 pieces of foam in her in 2 different places which caused another small infection and they took no responsibility instead tried to make excuses they all need to be retrained and I would NEVER let anyone I care about go to them again. This issue is holding my mom’s healing processes back. I’m very disappointed in this company and very upset !

I have two major points. 1. Our PT nurse (Goldie) has been like miracle. 2. They have serious problems with scheduling. It is nearly impossible setup an appointment with a new person, and then it is less than 50:50 that they will actually show up on that day and time.
