This healthcare system of aide health care to the elderly have been very professional in serving aide healthcare to My 92 year Mom Their services have been for many years with my mom As caregiver and daughter knowing my mom has a kind and understanding Aide by her side is comforting To say the most my mom has had her Aide for years which means there is not many turn around a on their employees I highly recommend to those who needs this service for their love ones Mom has been blessed to have 2 wonderful aides Rosa and Tibisay

I had a bad experience with my cousin and gave a bad review. I'm happy to say they contacted my cousin and remedied the situation. They acted fast, they gave her their phone number to call her direct if there was ever a problem. I also spoke with Daisy and had a very nice conversation about finding the best care for my cousin. Daisy also gave me her phone number and welcomed me to contact her directly in the event there was a issue of any kind. I'm happy we were able to work things out.

This place pays their workers to sit and do nothing. Ismary was supposed to be caring for my elderly cousin but instead she sat and watched soup operas on her phone. Then she fights with my elderly cousin. She said she didn’t have to do what my cousin said. because she was paid by the government not my cousin. It’s all on camera, how she disrespected her. She was yelling so loud the neighbors came outside. A complaint was made to Supra and they showed no concern. She’s supposed to help my cousin with what she can’t do. It’s a crying shame that this place pays people to do nothing and our elderly folks are treated so bad. I will be also making a complaint Medicaid. They’re paying for a service and these workers don’t work.

I cannot recommend more a place full of professional people as Supra Home Health staff, we had two HHA visiting us, Lilia and Francia both were amazing always doing above and beyond. My sister already passed but we will never forget your kind, respectful care. Congratulations Supra for having such a wonderful manpower.
