If you are a military spouse looking for a PCM do not book here for several reasons: 1. We booked with Dr. Basa, and when we got there they told us she was booked out for 2 months, but could assign us another doctor. 2. Our appointment was scheduled for 1000, but was not seen until 1200. They told us after our appointment they would send a referral to Tricare the same day we were seen, but it never happened. It took them a week to do something they said they would do on the same day. 3. I was on hold for so long their system hung up. When I called them back they said we will get back to you in the order of your call and that we are very busy with patients. It was a very disappointing experience for me and my wife and I. Either hire more staff or don’t option in to take Tricare patients if you don’t know how to properly manage your business. It is a huge burden to military families.

Awful customer service. The protocol they established is to call from your car when you arrive. I called and was put on hold and I waited for 10 minutes and then my call was hung up. Its crazy how some people are lazy and just don't want to do their job. so instead of going there I went to the urgent care which is located within the plaza and what do you know?? there is no nonsense protocol like that there and they seen me quickly and the customer service was exemplary, Barstow family care needs to take some notes from them because apparently their staff don't know anything about customer service.

I am a Veteran and Dr. Basa and RN Todd is my PCM. I have been here for over two years. Yes you may have to wait but what doctors office does not have waiting? They have been very professional and always caring. This office helped me tremendously

Dr Basa and staff are really caring and very nice. The wait time is long but only becuz Dr Basa spends time to fix patient's issues and to learn them better.

This medical office is a joke super small, super cramped and after giving multiple forms of health insurance for our daughter including medical still received a bill after the fact. Upon several attempts to contact the office to have them bill another insurance for the reminder the bill was sent to collections. Will never come here again.
