Tried to call and let the owner and staff know that hospitals are giving out their phone number incorrectly and I'm getting their calls instead. I wanted them to just let their health partners know that for a few years I've been directing their medical care to call the correct number. We have one digit off in our numbers and I was told they won't change their number(not what I was asking) and then I was hung up on. I called back and was told they're on lunch and to call back. 1) this is a breach of HIPPA as I keep getting calls for patient care and being told names on my voicemail. 2) I feel awful if Healthcare is not taken care of because they keep calling me instead of this facility. If you truly care about your patients, please send out your contact information to your partners so they have the right number, as someone created a typo some where and I shouldn't have to be calling facilities back to give them the right number. So when you're ready to actually talk and not hang up on a person who has been helping you for years with this issue, please call me back. You have my number on your caller ID after ignoring me twice today.
