Anna was the nurse who infused me for five days and then removed my PICC line following discharge from Holy Cross Hospital. My wife and I agree that she exceeded all expectations for kindness, helpfulness, consideration. In short, she was a credit to her profession, the kind of person who makes the world a better place. It is difficult to express how much we appreciate her help and advice.

DO NOT USE THIS HOME HEALTH IF YOU ARE HISPANIC!!! SI USTED ES LATINO PORFAVOR NO USEN ETHOS HOME HEALTH CARE!!!!!!! PER THE MEDICATION SUPPLIER IV LEAGUE THEY WERE AUTHORIZED TO COME TO MY HOME FOR 4 DAYS AND AFTER DAY 1 THEY DECIDED TO GIVE US THE RUN AROUND AND SAY WE HAD TO WAIT FOR AUTHORIZATION!! THE NEXT DAY THEY DIDNT COME AND WE HAD TO LEARN VIA FACE TIME FOR MEDICATION ADMINISTRATIONS EVERYTIME IT WAS I DONT KNOW I DONT KNOW THEY ONLY CAME 1 DAY THEN THE NEXT MORNING JUST FOR THE BLOOD DRAW AND CHANGE THEN I ASKED ABOUT SPANISH SPEAKERS AND THEY SAID THEY HAVE NOONE WHO SPEAKS SPANISH AT ALL IN THAT COMPANY. SO HOW DO YOU COMMUNICATE WITH NON ENGLISH SPEAKING PATIENTS??? THEN ONCE I CHANGED HOME HEALTH THEY SUBMITTED A REPORT STATING I REQUESTED THEM TO COME EVERY DAY BUT I WORK IN HEALTH CARE SO I ORIGINALLY NEEDED 2 DAYS DUE TO LATE SHITS AND I WAS PERFECTLY OKAY WITH MEDICATION ADMINISTRATION MYSELF FOR THE REMAINING 5 DAYS. WHY WOULD I NEED ETHOS FOR 7 DAYS WHEN I WORK IN HEALTHCARE AND CAN ADMINISTER MYSELF?????????? IT WAS EVEN TO THE POINT THAT I TOLD THE NURSE SAM TO ONLY COME MONDAYS FOR JUST THE BLOOD DRAWS SINCE THEY WERE GIVING US THE RUN AROUND AND MADE US CHANGE MEDICATION TIME. MY DAD HAD AN ORIGINAL TIME AT 4PM AND THEY SAID TO PUSH IT TILL 7PM SO I CAN DO IT MYSELF AND IT WOULDNT BE THAT BAD SINCE THEY WOULDNT COME ONLY FOR LAB DRAW AND PICC DRESSINGS ALSO IN THE REPORT THEY STATED THEY CAME BY AT A CERTAIN TIME BUT MY OUTSIDE CAMERAS AND TEXTS SHOW OTHER WISE! THEY CAME IN THE MORNING BECAUSE SAM STATED THE LAB CLOSES AT 1 BUT AFTER SPEAKING WITH IVY LEAGUE THEIR REPORT TIMES ARE NOT WHAT THEY STATED. AGIN THEY WERE AUTHORIZED; FOR CONSECUTIVE 4 DAYS AND THEY ONLY DID IT ONCE AND THAT WAS IT AND SAID I DONT KNOW WE HAVE TO WAIT FOR INSURANCE. WHY LIE TO IV LEAGUE WHEN WE HAVE CAMERAS WITH TIME STAMPS AND CALLL LOGS BECAUSE IT ALREADY FELT PREJUDICE DO NOT FEEL AFRAID TO CHANGE HOME HEALTH CARE WITH THE CURRENT CLIMATE AGAINST HISPANICS THIS FELT VERY RACIALLY MOTIVATED

We used Ethos home health care for our daughter. Lupe was her nurse. She was more than we could’ve asked for. She made us feel comfortable from day one and took care of our daughter as her own. She made sure to be at our house on time and even when we needed her earlier she would be here. Lupe is very knowledgeable as a nurse, she makes sure everything is clean and set up before she starts and pretty much did everything the same way they did in the hospital. I would highly recommend Ethos home health and definitely would recommend Lupe. She was an angel sent to us.

I have never experienced a home healthcare service as excellent and generous as Ethos. They truly care about their patients and will help in any way possible, so that you remain safe, avoid infections and other complications. They don’t make you feel stupid or selfish if you need them to provide extra help. Other companies do the bare minimum care that they are responsible for. Ethos cares actually cares about their patients. If that means you need extra help, they will make sure you receive that. Call them. They are superb!
