After 8 years of going through one unprofessional service after another, I found Tulio at Better You Home Health for my brother. There was never an instance when a problem wasn’t resolved, that I had to rearrange my work schedule to drive my brother to dialysis or come face to face with a provider that was clearly facing cognitive or chemical issues. Tulio walks the walk and talks the talk. I highly recommend this service AND sadly no other service in the Los Angeles area.
