I spoke with Sonia and another representative and they told me that I lived in a city they serviced. So I had my doctor send over a referral. When my doctor sent in the referral they then said they are unable to provide services for my needs. Why didn’t we state that during my discovery conversation. Now, I’m further pushed out to receive the care I need to get back to functioning well. After my review. The owner Max reached out to me. And let me tell you he is EVERYTHING not only a man of integrity and one that is passionate about his company and their values, but just a stand up human. They’re hard to come by these days. He’s exceptional and small family own business deserves ALL our support and business to keep them going. He believes in helping your neighbour and making it right. I’ll sing your praises for making it right and that’s all you can do in life. Also, he never asked me to change my review. He just wanted patients to have a better experience than he did. Which inspired him to start his business.

Joey physical therapist was very careful, compassionate, and provided a lot of teachings to help my folks get stronger. We are very pleased with the Skilled Nursing and Physical Therapy care we received from ABL. My mom was getting ready to be discharged from the hospital after total hip replacement surgery (after surgery) and the Registered Nurse from ABL already reached out to arrange the Home Health care. For the entire time under ABL's care, my mom and caregivers were very happy with their entire staff of Registered Nurses, Physical Therapists, Occupational Therapists. During the care, their Nurse Case Manager recommended adding Home Health Aide services to help my mom with bathing, so they sent the most caring women ever, who is still following up with our family. The entire experience was seamless as they took care of dealing with Medicare coverage and communicating with the Primary Care Physician (PCP).
