The Staff is very trust worthy and honest, if they feel they might not be at capacity to do the work they are sincere in expressing those views. The reason why I bring this up is because to have staff express those concerns show that they really care about the patient well being and the patient is not just as a means for money. This shows a lot of high character from the staff and I would definitely recommend them as they will listen to your situation and concerns and give direction in appropriate way.
