Joanne was assigned to me on the third PT person with your company. The first day we hit it up great she knows that I’ve really pushed myself and she’s been really helping me, but I’m just not quite there. I can’t climb stairs and go downstairs so hopefully next three or four visits we can work on that. She suggested a physical therapy and so did my doctor be. So she’s Joanna has giving me a list of exercises that I can do in the pool and out of the pool. But I like doing them in the pool, I feel like I get more of a workout. Well, I was in exercising for an hour and a half. I got out of the pool went into the spa to relieve my muscles. I could barely make dinner so my son finished dinner. Went to bed after sleeping all night, I did wake up at 2:30 to go to the bathroom and went back to sleep and didn’t wake up till 8:30 in the morning. Rested but my muscle still ate a little so I just continue to move around every two hours so I wouldn’t get stiff and I’ve been favoring the heating pad a little bit like my hips or I can’t stretch . I was back to normal and back at the club !

I am posting this rating on behalf of my neighbor, Helen Cheney who doesn’t use a computer. The following is her review: I recently had a hip replacement due to a fall and after leaving the hospital I having been having weekly visits from a nurse, OT and physical therapist from Bay Health Inc. They have all been extremely helpful during my recovery. They are kind, caring, and professional and due to their outstanding care, I am regaining my independence. I strongly recommend their service.

Friendly, caring and efficient home help. Always on time and interested in our well being. I highly recommend Bayhealth. We are very comfortable with each care giver being in our home. My husband and I are in our 70's. We ended up in the hospital within 24 hours of each other. One illness and one accident. Bayhealth eased our transition back into everyday living.

First Posted: 09Sep2021 Worse customer service experience ever. I got this invoice from Bayhealth, and I tried to sort things out between my insurance company and Bayhealth billing dep. The communication has been rough or non existence. One time someone form billing department called me back, and she was extremely rude and kept yelling at me to not to call her. Since then, I had left multiple phone messages at the receptionist and at their billing department to try to resolve the issue. No effort has been made from Bayhealth to resolve this issue. Don't use this company for your home care service. Lack of pleasant communication from that company will give you nightmare. Updated 21Sep2021: I am currently working with Bayhealth billing department and insurance. I am hoping to get collaboration and clear communication from BayHealth as we continue to work together to resolve this issue. I will post an update when everything is finalized. I changed my rating from 2 stars to 3 stars Updated: Feb2022 Bayhealth is able to work with me and my health insurance company to resolve the issue. I changed my rating from 3 stars to 4 stars.

My dad had surgery and was in need of a nurse to help with wound care when he got home. Bayhealth provided a very patient, caring and compassionate nurse to help with my dad. As soon as my dad got discharged home, the very next day the nurse came and helped with his dressing change. Thanks to Bayhealth he was able to heal and is now fully recovered. Everyone from Bayhealth was very helpful and I was glad to have chosen Bayhealth as my dad’s home health care provider.
