We will always remember Dorothy’s visit on my mom’s final day; seeing my mom smile at her presence and her photos was a priceless gift. Nurse Raquel’s kindness stayed with my mom long after her care ended, and Physical Therapist BJ was always so patient, motivating, and encouraging. We take comfort in knowing my mom is no longer in pain and is now in the loving arms of the Lord. The team’s steady, calming presence helped guide her — and us — to that peaceful place. They are always available to talk to, I have never felt put off and I get my care several times a week for 8 months. Excellent care. PT BJ and OT Michelle were amazing We worked with other agencies which.would not assign a Dr of PT. This Dr of PT restored my husband's confidence to live his life the way he wanted it instead of being stuck in bed or in the house. He was able to stand again after 10 months post hospitalizations. We lost out on quality care with a prior agency that did not provide DPTs. So getting this agency was the best reference.

I highly recommend Valencia Home Health. Dorothy truly cares about the patient and very beneficial to the family. She encouraged and helped us fight for Acute Rehab (that was hard to get into) for my mom. The day after discharge she was at my mom’s home to get home health going. Her communication was always quick and thorough. I hate to think of what it could have been like to go through this with out her. Also, Dan, who came a couple times each week to do the Physical Therapy with my mom was great. So much progress was made.
