I am a Wellness Director and work for an assisted living community. Although I am a nurse, in the setting in which I work I am very limited clinically. I rely on outside agencies like home health and hospice to partner with. It is one of the many ways we can provide the best care we can for our residents. I have work with many agencies and there are only and handful that are my go to. San Diego Home Health is one of them. They have an amazing clinical team. They come when they say they will, they communicate well, they provide excellent care. Heather H is an amazing liaison and has on many occasion gone above and beyond for me and my residents proving that what she does is more than just a job to her. I am not an easy person to impress and I was impressed. Thank you to the San Diego home health team and to Heather for all that you do!

I was bedridden using a hoyer to get in a wheelchair for 9 mos. A PT and OT came to my home and within 1 month I was getting from bed into my wheelchair. Within 4 mos I was using a walker and being much more independent (using a commode and shower bench). I also was able to get into a car rather than depend on expensive medical transport. Marcus and Angel/Alicia are AMAZING.

I have heard nothing but good things from other people I work with about San Diego Home Health. I have not met a lot of people there and mainly deal with Heather Hambrick. She is one of the most professional people I have met and always looks out for the needs of others and goes out of her way to get the job done. She is very responsive in answering calls or text messages as they come in. Other healthcare providers that I work with have told me the great care that she brings with meeting families. I have and will continue to recommend her at her organization to fellow peers when needing Home Health .
