Front office staff are honest about the wait times and are attentive. The 2 times I've been there, the doctor is very dismissive and makes you feel like a nuisance. He also takes way too long with patients, making the wait times incredibly long. I don't know if he's the only doctor that works there, but I'd prefer not to deal with him again. Other than that, I like the office staff and the ability to make appointments and fill out paperwork online ahead of time.

Such an amazing establishment, outstanding employees the doctor and the staff showed urgency to my element. I got in there at about 8:15AM. I was out of there by 8:45 AM I Made it home in time to start and finish my Thanksgiving meal for my family and I they showed efficiency they showed respect the staff and the doctor was AWESOME!

I was referred to this clinic via a new Sutter Insurance coverage. I was a bit skeptical considering it was an AIMS/Urgent Care clinic (I was simply being seen for a "new patient" / routine wellness visit) but I will most definitely not be returning after never actually having been seen by their practitioners. Here's why: I was scheduled for an appointment yesterday, Monday October 9th, at 3:15pm (3:45 to see the doc/NP according to my confirmation email). I completed the online pre-appointment check-in as requested. Although I was told to arrive at 3:15pm, At no time was I ever informed that, should I be running late, my appointment would essentially be cancelled. I arrived at 3:30pm, due to afternoon traffic and was informed that I would not be seen because I had not arrived at 3:15 (30 minutes before my actual appointment time, as outlined in my confirmation email). The person at the reception desk showed absolutely no empathy or compassion whatsoever. I was already stressed due to traffic and efforts to arrive sooner; I asked if I could please just fill out the new patient paperwork quickly, so as to not cause a delay in my scheduled 3:45 time to see the practitioner but zero consideration was made but rather a non-empathetic "it's clinic policy". I hope that, if nothing else, this review provides a reason to make some exceptions or at the very least, train your staff to show some "bedside manner" when it comes to dealing with potential (lost) patients who are pleading for a little bit of understanding, empathy, and perhaps the occasional exception to your "clinic policy".

I had a wonderful experience at this medical clinic. The staff was very friendly and welcoming, which immediately made me feel comfortable. The doctor was attentive, caring, and highly professional, taking my concerns seriously and explaining everything clearly. I truly appreciate the excellent care I received. Thank you!
