There was a nurse Anastasia came out when my husbands Grandpa passed today. She was amazing. Such tenderness and respect with his post mortem care. She listened to our stories, she even spoke to him telling him what she was doing. Very much appreciated from all of us.

The occupational therapist went above and beyond and got my mom set up with a Bidet to help with independence in toileting. Rachel reached out in her first sessions with my mom to hear my perspective and get kind of the backstory so she could better assist my mom with her goals. Occupational therapist has kept me in the loop the whole time, Physical therapist: My mother looks forward to when this Physical therapist comes. She also has a good perspective on working with my mom and they have built a good repertoire.

Their unwavering dedication to her comfort and dignity became evident in the meticulous attention to detail, whether it was managing her pain or fostering an environment of emotional support and tranquility for mom, and the whole family. Beyond the clinical realm, the hospice staff was there every step of the way. They provided everything we thought we needed, and more. As her daughter, I anticipated they would help care for my dear mother. I did not anticipate the care they provided me. From the person who answered the phone to the person who showed up at the door, I was always met with patience, understanding and genuine desire to help. Hospice's unwavering support extended to my entire family, offering guidance and comfort as we navigated this deeply emotional journey. Hospice recognized the connection between mom's well-being with the well-being of those who loved her,. Hospice provided invaluable resources and counseling to help us cope with the grief and pain from mom’s passing. My mom wished to pass at home, with family surrounding her. Without Hospice, we could not have honored her final wish. Thank you Butte Home Health and Hospice!

I wanted to say that the care that my father-in-law received both prior to and while in hospice was exceptional. This grumpy old man was very wary about in-home care - he'd had a less than wonderful experience with "skilled nursing" facilities. Not only did each nurse and home health aide listen to him, they put his mind at ease and he actually enjoyed their visits. Nurse Jordan knew exactly how to get him to relax and even joke with her. The 2 different health aides that came to bathe him made him feel wonderful, too. He passed in our home on Christmas Day and the nurse who came out (sorry, most names are all a blur) treated him with such respect and tender care and we are so grateful. I also wanted to say that everyone at Butte Home & Hospice listened and addressed all of our questions, no matter the day or time we called. We truly can't thank them all enough!
