Valley View Healthcare was so amazing and awesome and everyone was very kind!! They were punctual and reliable. Me and my kitties loved having our PT Cale here to help me get back on my feet after having my second hip surgery!! Cale was very proficient, professional caring and very sweet. We will definitely miss him. This was a wonderful experience for me. I really appreciate everyone hard work and coming out to help me. Thank you so very much!! Have a great year!!

I have had an opportunity to experience Valley View in home PT services with Mitch Holtkamp and Jose Perez and they have both been EXCELLENT service providers. Both have gone above and beyond any expectations I might have had. Their knowledge about the injury, their suggestions and treatment plan, their kindness in implementing the plan and their follow-up superior! I also had the experience of working with Mitch Holtkamp when he was assigned as a PT for my sister when she was in a memory care facility in Chico - he showed the same excellent skills and care when working with her. Keeping in mind dementia patients can be a challenge at times and he was always caring and patient with her. When it was time for her to transition to hospice we also used Valley View. Our hospice nurse was Cynthia Kolb, who drove from 40 minutes away to see my sister three times a week. Going through such a trying time for our family she was caring, compassionate and explained all the transition stages to us as many times as we needed to hear it. We were able to call her anytime, day or night with a question. She also kept in constant communication with the facility making sure they were following through with requested protocols. Bottom line, I can not say enough good things about how impressed I am with Valley View services and with the EXCELLENT staff that I have had an opportunity to work with!! You want the best there is, they are the BEST!!

My husband came home last week after 132 days in hospitals, rehab and skilled nursing. I really had no idea how to choose Healthcare for him at home. In the 1st week at home Valley View had sent us RN, PT, OT, CNA, and Social Services. They also coordinate with Dr.s for equipment and supplies. All of them are wonderful kind compassionate and super helpful to both of us. Coming home is like taking off the training wheels and Valley View has made the transition so much easier. I feel very well supported and cared for. Iam confident that they are the best. Thanks to everyone at Valley View for the peace and comfort and encouragement.

I had an incredible experience with this home health facility after my total knee replacement. Mitch, my physical therapist, was absolutely amazing—he pushed me beyond my limits in the best way possible and helped me make a full recovery. I’m so grateful for all the hard work and dedication he put into my care. Shoutout to all the nurses, too, for being so supportive, attentive, and kind throughout my recovery. I would definitely recommend this team to anyone looking for top-notch care and encouragement on their healing journey! THANKS AGAIN 👍
