Lack of knowledge they don't know what there doing. My doctor said there not doing the right job. The doctor got me a new home health who knows how to do the job. There lack of knowledge and very poor schedule. They only want to show up on there schedule not what they told me in the beginning. Stay away from this home health if you want to get better. They only want to bill insurance but never look at the interest of patience.

I was told I would be visited twice a week. That happened the first week and it was arranged the visits would be on Tuesdays and Thursdays at 11:30. The following Thursday the nurse said she was coming back on Saturday at 11:30. At 2:00 she called to see if she could still come but I was busy so I said not now and told her we needed to stick to Tuesdays and Thursdays at 11:30. She came the following Wednesday at which time I told her not to return.
