What a wonderful experience I had this evening, for something that usually isn’t so fun. Elder care after an accident! Sun crest sent out an absolutely wonderful case worker to assess my 81 year old friend’s case. She was so professional, knowledgeable, helpful, charming, patient and sweet. It’s unbelievable how much great info and help she gave us in a stressful time. I learned so much from her about medications, ways I can help my friend in his recovery, extra help she can provide me with (which is a lot) and things pertaining to specific problems with great solutions. So refreshing to have someone these days who is efficient and knows what they’re talking about. If you need assistance, Jessica will be there for you too to get loved ones back on track and take the stress off of you. We were lucky to get her as our case facilitator. Thank you Jessica!

Had the pleasure of getting to know Christina, she goes above and beyond for her patients, coming over after hours on weekends when we were in need. Very personable, knowledgeable, and professional. Had my hubby all healed up within a few months. Same with the RN Nelson who cares so tenderly for those he looks after and once again highly knowledgeable in his profession and very kind.

We've been with Suncrest twice for my sister in law. They were great to us but we sure did miss Alexus, the nurse we had the first time. She was truly an angel with a heart of gold. She wouldn't leave my sister in law until all of her needs were met and all of our concerns were addressed. She was very thorough and organized. We really felt we received the highest quality care with her. You can see a big difference between nurses who are just collecting a check and nurses who have a passion for the work they do. Her heart is in it. We didn't think to ask for her ahead of time but I would highly recommend requesting her as your nurse if you're going to be using this company.

Hello, my name is Luz Molina and Christina is my Nurse/Nelson. I mainly see Christina twice a week. Christina is phenomenal. She is very attentive, very punctual and is willing to work with my schedule per my doctors appointments. She never fails me as a patient or shall I say as a nurse. My family has welcomed her. She’s always been very consistent very clean and neat with her work. It’s been a great pleasure for her to come into my home and make me feel comfortable while I am in my home with my room. I couldn’t ask for a better person/nurse to attend to me. I would like to think this agency for sending Christina to my home , and to make me feel secure and confident with her presence. Suncrest was very helpful in the recovery of my step-dad. He was in the army for 17 years and deserved really great care. Nelson and Christina were very professional and did what needed to be done to heal his wounds and we became very found of them and enjoyed talking to them and shared their knowledge with us
