I cannot not say enough about the wonderful experience I have had with the John Muir Home Health staff. They have been supportive and compassionate every step of the way. They have gone above and beyond. Nurse Christine is an amazing human being and advocate.

The help Gary received was very personable, encouraging. The nurses, PT, OT and other help was greatly appreciated. Much was learned regarding therapy exercises, (we are doing those exercises daily) to improve strength and balance. Gary looks forward to proceed with outpatient therapy, we are going through our new health insurance to get pre-authorization, with our primary physician requesting for Gary. The HH nurse that came to do a newborn check was amazing! She was experienced, very comfortable with our baby girl, and her physical exam thorough (I would know as I am a nurse practitioner). She was also very communicative about her expected day and time or arrival, and came with all necessary information and supplies to do her assessment. Would recommend John Muir home health!

My husband had aortic valve replacement. The home health team was EXCELLENT!! I have an extensive nursing background myself, so I have some ability to judge as a professional. They were at all times kind, caring, highly competent, and empathetic. We enjoyed their individual genuine care and treatment of us as individuals. They listened non-judgmentally on days when I as a care-giver really needed to vent. They are the best!
