Standing orders for labs to be drawn. Showing up last minute . Doing them a day late. And taking them through a 24 / 7 antibiotic pic line. The same type of problem changing the pic line bandages. Once a week for each. Yet I call to see what time and they don't have us scheduled.

Very Disappointing Experience – Poor Emergency Support I am extremely dissatisfied with my experience with Grapevine Home Health Agency. One of the most serious issues is that the agency is closed on weekends, which is unacceptable for a healthcare provider responsible for patient well-being. Emergencies do not stop on Fridays, yet there is little to no adequate access to on-call staff when urgent situations arise. When emergency assistance was needed, reaching a knowledgeable or responsive nurse was difficult, if not impossible. This lack of reliable on-call support creates unnecessary stress and puts patients at risk. Additionally, I encountered nurses who appeared complacent and insufficiently skilled, showing a lack of urgency and professionalism that one would expect from a home health agency. Home health care requires accountability, competence, and availability—especially during emergencies. Unfortunately, this agency fell short in all of those areas. I strongly caution other consumers and families to carefully reconsider patronizing this agency, particularly if you or your loved one requires dependable weekend coverage or prompt emergency response. Patient safety and quality of care should never be compromised.

My mom needed wound care after being discharged from the hospital. Everyone was great in getting it set up and her RN Louis was there 3 times a week, always on-time and made adjustments to fit our busy schedule. Thank you Louis for being so caring and professional . 🙏❤️‍🩹

My son is receiving care from them seems the health aide is an excellent employee. However physical therapy hasn’t shown up and they did a health care check twice last week. Still finishing up the month but I hope to find a more reliable company.
