We have had Maria Gonzalez for our caregiver. She takes care of my husband who has Alzheimer's and Parkinson's. She always does a very good job and I feel very comfortable to leave the house for errands while she is with my husband. She has been with us for 2 years and we are very happy.

We needed some additional help caring for my stepmom who has dementia. Although we had moved her into a Memory Care facility, the care team there recommended a “one on one” aide until my stepmom got adjusted to her new surroundings and living arrangement. The folks at Synergy were absolutely outstanding! First, they listened to our needs, second they set up a care interview to assess my stepmom’s needs, and third they really delivered by providing some outstanding aides to help my stepmom. This was not an easy assignment since was stepmom can be difficult to work with but, the folks at Synergy provided an abundance of kindness and along with their outstanding care. Gradually, as my stepmom adjusted to her new surroundings, we were able to reduce the number of care hours needed. All together we worked with the folks from Synergy for about 12 weeks… This whole process would have been much more difficult without their help. In addition, all the staff we worked with from caregivers, to office staff, to administrators were extremely kind and very pleasant to work with. Thank You Synergy for all your help! We would like to recommend you with our highest compliments to anyone who has a need for home health care!
