Going through the process of personal injury from an automobile accident has a lot of unknowns as it's not a topic that is well known. There's an abundance of questions on how to start, what goes on during, and what happens after the court. With a recent accident, there's additional things in your life you need to focus on besides your medical appointments and healing. It's a big headache and it's a huge change to your life. With Sicat Law they took most of my worries away, and all those were anything about the accident case. Medical appointments? They scheduled me the closest location, and I also had some choices on locations as well. Paperwork and medical files? It was all pre done, all I had to do was "sign here" and grab a CD with X-rays that was handed to me as I didn't even have to ask for them. I felt like a child but in a good way. You know how when you were young and your parents did everything for you? Holding your hand. Well, they were holding my hand throughout everything, and checking up on me from time to time. It felt kinda nice actually. Worry free. The professionalism was beyond my expectations and it was like a well oiled machine, no stoppage anywhere, no hiccups, and no worries. Even the medical professionals that I had to choose from were good as well. This wasn't their first rodeo, they knew and set up everything aligning with small gaps of time in between to be more efficient in getting to our goal. Although professional, they also added a side of comfort as of you were talking to a friend. You can tell when people are fake. The people I dealt with were very genuine and caring. They even gave additional advice on ways to improve my well-being during my recovery. Usually legal stuff is a pain, but the conversations were always added knowledge and interesting. I was never lost during the process, as they were guiding me along the way. Through Jocelyn Sicat's years of experience in Criminal Justice, I believe that's what have an edge to her effectiveness. That's years in court, knowing the process, and the law itself. That's who you want to navigate, someone who's like Google maps in the world of Personal Injury cases and also Criminal Justice depending on your needs. I also had some other legal questions on different topics and she was able to get me to the right people to help my mother. How's that for versatility? All with a smile and sincereness. Family. That's what Sicat Law feels like. I also had some of my friends call her and see if she could help them. If she wasn't able to, she gave reason why and also a list of choices on how to proceed.
