I personally had a great experience with Aveanna. I was sad we couldn’t continue with them due to a change in circumstance, but hands down this has been the easiest company to work with and very responsive and accommodating to my son’s needs. Last year, I was reviewing vendors and interviewing all of them to decide which one to choose. When I called Aveanna, Carlos answered the phone and his professionalism immediately stood out. He spent about 45 minutes with me and clearly explained the entire process and how the company operates. I ultimately chose Aveanna for my personal assistance hours because of Carlos’ professionalism. Within the last year, I have called a few more times for different reasons and each time Carlos was just as helpful and professional. He never transferred me to anyone else and always solved my issue on the spot or promised to resolve it within a specific time frame and he always delivered. Carlos is without a doubt one of the company’s most valuable assets.
