What a terrible place! Our family has unfortunately had an experience with at least 4 home care companies and this is one is by far one of the worst ever! While there are some good therapists and nurses working for it, the intake person as well as those working in the back office were terrible! There was constant miscommunication, misunderstanding, and they made constant attempts to interrupt and finally end therapy for a severely disabled patient who has had multiple strokes in spite of obvious progress, against the wishes of the patient, and without input from the patient and the caregiver! When asked for the basis of the constant attempts to interrupt treatment, while completely disregarding feedback from the therapists and the patient, they basically refused to answer or provide the information on who was making those decision! Our family had found the intake nurse M. to be dishonest and unprofessional! The visiting nurse T. and PT. S. were all good, but had absolutely no input into the continuation of patient's treatment. _______________________________________________________ This is a response to owner's/operator's feedback: Your comments are an insult! Not only are you not taking responsibility for your highly incompetent employees nurse Michael and another individual by the name of Aaron, the fact that they had CONSISTENTLY undermined and attempted to derail therapy for the patient, in which they finally succeeded, DESPITE obvious and DOCUMENTED progress by the actual therapy team who met with the patient (another nurse and a PT) and the wishes of the family, but you actually have the nerve to blame it on insurance??? I don't think so! This patient has had home therapy in the past and the insurance APPROVED months of therapy because the team was actually interested in the patient's progress and getting the most of therapy, so don't give me that excuse! There is feedback regarding communication issues and other problems in your company by other patients, so instead of finding a scapegoat to blame for denying necessary therapy to patients, many of whom are severely disabled, and creating unnecessary hardship and stress for the family, take a look at who you're hiring and why, and why despite robust evidence that shows that employee Michael (who btw has blamed the back team for the premature decision to end the therapy, another lie because only an employee who is present and is appointed to oversee the case, which is usually either a nurse or a pt/ot, can have a say or impact therapy decisions, not somebody who never saw the patient and is sitting in the back office!) and potentially other employees in the wrong, you had continued to harm the patients by denying necessary service, and then lying to cover up for those employees and yourself! This is disgusting!

I want to express my heartfelt gratitude to the entire team of Alliance hospice providers. I had a recommendation, but they exceeded my expectations. I was contacted within a few hours of the referral. By the next day all the logistical tasks to assure that my mother was comfortable were put in place. They were caring and attentive. From bathing, to equipment setup, medication deliveries and more all of Mom's needs were met. This was a huge support and allowed me to focus on being present for my mother during her transition. I was not afraid to ask questions and staff were always quick to respond in-person or via phone call with straightforward answers. I can't thank them enough for what they did for Mom and me to provide her with a peaceful passing. I highly recommend Alliance.

Alliance has been incredible caring for my 93 year old dad. They are kind, compassionate and provide excellent skills and best practice in all areas from OT, PT and wound care. I highly recommend.

I Hired them initially to care for my father in law who is 92 years old, for home health and then eventually for hospice. They started out strong & responsive but over time (months) there were a variety of issues from communication between myself and the nurses, medication adjustments, to cheap incontinence supplies. Ultimately, I had to find better care for my father in law. I do not recommend this hospice.
