i don’t usually post reviews but this is a must….my grandma had a fall a couple of months ago and we had to go back and forth with her hospital stay and finding a SNF for her. i work in the medical field (internal medicine) and was in desperate need of home health services. my granny was getting ready to get discharged home and we needed home health ASAP! i called all my resources that i could find and i wasn’t able to get anyone who was able to help me in my need. i was desperate, real desperate….so i reached out to my good friend and his wife who i work closely with from our office and explained the situation to them and within an hour they connected with my aunt and was able to get services for my grandma the following day! they had a nurse come the next day to access my granny, and within a day OT and PT came to visit my grandma and she is thriving. PT came in today to help my granny and she was able to walk and move from her wheelchair to her walker and to her bed!! wayland the PT was amazing and my family is amazed with their services. they are on time and keep their word when they say they’ll be there. granny has been doing a lot better now. i would highly recommend their services, they are top NOTCH!!!!! thank you frank and kristina for doing what you do!! you’ve made my family so happy!! i’m am forever grateful for you both!!!

HomeAssist was key to my mother's recover. Her doctor's office prescribed home health care and then fumbled the paperwork for days while my mom was bedridden. Frank at HomeAssist was instrumental in getting the doctor's office paperwork started, corrected, and completed in record time so that my mom wasn't languishing in pain.
