Nurse Noopy was a true blessing during my mom’s hospice care. She was compassionate, patient, and treated my mom with such dignity and kindness. Her calming presence made a difficult time a little easier for our family. We are so grateful for her care and support.

Kevin Amaral who was working with patient at 1261 Apt 1A Walnut Creek , Ca 94595 was parked in location reserved for residents living in Mutual 5. When asked to move to parking space reserved for Mutual 70 , parking spaces reserved for people living in 1261 he proceeded to scream at me. I am responsible for upholding the rules of Mutual 5 since I am the president and have received many complaints regarding people who do not live in Mutual 5 parking there. Report submitted to Board of Mutual 5 and Board of Mutual 70 was as follows: Kevin Amaral was parked in the parking lot in front of Joy ‘s apartment. Since all spots in both parking areas were full ( GBG trucks, plus the two people treating man from 1261 Apt. 1A. I had to park my car in front of garage temporarily because garbage trucks were arriving. I saw him go into 1261 Apt. 1A. and asked if I could speak to him explaining that those parking spaces were reserved for 1221,1209,1215 residents and showed her location of 70 parking. Woman understood the issues and moved her car to parking space adjacent to 1261. Kevin came put of apartment and accused me of yelling at him and said no one could speak to him that way. I tried explaining that he needed to use 70 parking space. He refused to listen and kept telling me that he was a therapist who was only going to be there a half an hour. I tried explaining the issue to him again while he continued to rant at me refusing to move his car. He said there were no sign designating the parking spaces. I tried to show him signs and that I would report the issue a to 70. I asked permission to take a picture of his badge. Still angry, he said he would also report me and asked me for my name which I gave him. He moved his car to parking lot that is in front of 1221 but in all fairness parking lot at 70 was full. I feel his anger and inappropriate behavior is inexcusable.

We used their in home hospice care and it was completely unacceptable. The hospital bed was old and uncomfortable. Empty oxygen tanks were provided. Following the death, the nurse did not follow the proper procedures leading to great distress. Operation appears to be incompetent and poorly managed.

Everyone has been so good in tending to my mom's comfort needs. We are beyond grateful to be in caring and attentive hands. Brenda however, is hands down AWESOME!! She went above and beyond in comfort care for my mom. They always answer calls, are very informative about the process and maintain their schedules timely.

Waited all day to be seen, not a single return phone call. The reps are very rude and condescending. Went back to the ER to since no one was willing to help me.
