Every member of the team — from the administrative staff and case manager to the nurse and physical therapist — was professional, attentive, and genuinely caring. The entire process, from the initial assessment to the final discharge, went smoothly and efficiently. Physical therapist Annie truly understands the importance of a gradual approach — after each set of exercises, she would pause to encourage my mother to take deep breaths and ask how she was feeling. Although my mother does not speak English, nurse Adriana always greeted her with a warm smile, helped schedule her podiatry appointments, and gently reminded her to take good care of herself. I could sincerely feel that both Annie and Adriana care deeply about their patients and take great pride in the quality of their work.
