Do NOT SIGN UP OR ALLOW your loved one to sign up with this Agency. I really don’t know how else to put it into words, other than just STAY AWAY! If you care about that loved one of yours at all, I hope you get to read this review before you experience what my family and I had to endure. From the day my father signed up with them after his release from the hospital with a traumatic brain injury, it was one problem after another with their services. Right after admission, maybe half a week into being under the services of Infinite Hospice, my father was not seen by anybody for 2 weeks! NOT one single person for an entire two weeks! When I insisted on escalating my concerns, I spoke with someone named Gayan or Diane with their heavy, broken English; I wanted to address with them about their lack of communication, neglect, their false promises, inaccurate representation, etc...all of it really that had been just empty words being fed to my family and I. We wanted to resolve the problems. She blamed "scheduling" when no nurse came and two weeks had passed since my father's last visit. I notified his primary care physician as well as the Hospice's clinical director about each incident...yet it still kept happening. Also, they had the audacity to blame, "staffing agencies." Even though I was distinctly told by them that their nurses, who were to visit my father routinely, were full-time employees of theirs. They didn't resolve not one of our concerns. My father's doctor finally said enough is enough and sent orders to a new agency. Sadly, dad declined much more rapidly than we all thought he would. We lost him a day after those new orders were obtained. I would NEVER advise anyone to even consider this place.

I've had good experiences with this hospice care for awhile now and they definitely have helped my family. They offer alot of services that are suitable to your needs and their nurses communicate effectively. I've had no problems so far and they see to it that the concerns I have are being resolved. I highly recommend this hospice to any family out there.
