⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Exceptional Care at Elite Urgent Care. Dr. Romik Zadourian My wife’s condition was a true emergency, and from the moment we arrived at Elite Urgent Care, we knew we were in the right place. Dr. Romik Zadourian immediately began diagnosing her condition, taking the time to explain everything clearly and in detail before starting treatment. His calm, knowledgeable, and compassionate approach gave us instant reassurance during a very stressful time.The entire staff from check-in to the nurses—were incredibly friendly, professional, and attentive. The facility itself is outstanding: spotlessly clean, fully equipped like a brand-new hospital, and designed with private rooms and high-tech equipment that made us feel comfortable and well cared for. After several hours of IV fluids, medications, and blood tests, we received the results, prescriptions, and most importantly, peace of mind. My wife was feeling more comfortable, and we were able to return home knowing she was properly treated.What truly sets Dr. Zadourian apart is that the care didn’t end there. He personally followed up with my wife afterward to check on her condition and offer further recommendations. That level of dedication and humanity is incredibly rare.I truly cannot say enough about this man, he is not just a doctor, but a blessing. A true human being, even a saint. Excellent clinic from parking, to lobby staff, nurse and the doctor. Their online booking service was easy to use, the facility is clean and most importantly the staff was friendly and helpful. Most urgent cares don’t even have doctors working there, ie. Excer, the owner is the doctor and an emergency room doctor. He was super helpful and gave my daughter a lot of time examining her sprained foot and explains treatment. We will def make the drive for other urgent needs. Thank you!
