After a partial hip replacement followed by a full hip replacement, he required months of dedicated care, and this agency has been outstanding every step of the way. His physical therapist, Ash, began working with him when he was using a walker and struggling with mobility. Thanks to Ash’s professionalism, patience, and encouragement, my husband has made incredible progress and is now confidently walking with just a cane. The registered nurse, Vlada, visits every two weeks to check on his overall health, make sure we are satisfied with the services, and determine if any additional support is needed. Her thoroughness and genuine care give us great peace of mind. The home health aide, Gloria, has been wonderful in helping my husband with showers and his basic daily needs. She is kind, respectful, and dependable. The occupational therapist, Kelly, is extremely knowledgeable and provides excellent guidance and support tailored to my husband’s recovery. West Coast Valley Home Health has an A+ rating with the BBB, and I can confidently say they deserve the maximum number of stars possible.
