I wanted to take a moment to express my appreciation for the incredible care and compassion Uni Care caregivers have shown towards my dad. I had bad experience with this company. I have a 93-year-old father with dementia and whenever I asked his appointed nurse to for more care and solutions for his problems, her response was that he is just too old, and nothing can be done. The manager of the memory care place also mentioned that she was not happy with their service. My father had a fall and broke his hip and was sent to hospital for surgery. The same nurse went to visit him at the hospital without asking permission from her supervisor. Since she was not in the list of friends or relatives the hospital denied discussing my father's condition with her after the surgery. She called me and said that the hospital staff had told her that I had asked them not to put her name on the list. I checked with my father's nurse, and he told me that this was a lie, and no one had told her such thing. I eventually dropped the company. I got bad vibes from the beginning, and it came true.

AMAZING!!! My dying mother was transferred home from a nursing home last week. In one day's notice, Uni Care came over, set everything up in my parents home, leaving us with instructions to care for her. They came over for the next three days, before and after she passed. There was such a kind display of care and compassion from the whole staff. They were on call and present and treated her with such dignity and respect. We are so grateful we used their services and my mother could be assisted so beautifully in her final days with us. Thank you so much Uni care!🙏❤️

I am sorry but I am not sure who's leaving these reviews of a five star but they're definitely not quadriplegics in need of care. This company was recommended by my cancer doctor for specific reasons. The people on the phone responsible for receiving your initial interest call are friendly, supportive, and motivating, which is why I believe that one star is deserved. After waiting a week for essential care needed it, I received no notification that the company decided that they did not have enough nurses and they would not take my case(usually translates to nurses that don't want to do the job specific to quadriplegia). After I called them I was informed by a less than friendly person that my doctor should have told me and the call ended with a dismissive "good luck". Thanks Uni-DON'T Care

We have tried several Home Health agencies until we found Unicare Home Health for my mother. The office staff were always friendly The nurses were thorough and took their time in explaining the care and medicines. They brought out a pill box and helped organize her daily pills. We loved the Physical Therapist Kasha and Mark. They were helpful and got my mom up and walking again... Thank you Unicare we would love to have you back in the future if the need arises... Aaron
