My mother-in-law had been approved for in-home hospice care and we were referred to A1. From the initial intake through her passing away (just this morning that I'm writing this review) we could not be happier with the quality of service we received from everyone at A1. Desiree did our intake as well as a couple of nursing visits and she is so great, warm and pleasant and very competent, she helped us a lot. The team that brought all the care equipment were quick and professional. Our aide, Kay, was so good at everything. I don't remember the other names, but they were all great and we always felt that everyone cared about Emma and us. It's a tough situation to be in, when you have a loved one who needs hospice care. Having a team like A1 provided made that easier for us.

Caring Heart Carehomes are very pleased and having the best experience working with A1 Home Health and Hospice. They are very attentive with patient needs and easy to communicate with their team. They are very compassionate with their services. We appreciate everyone in their team especially Vanessa for coming out every week to check on the patients needs and for arranging trainings for our caregivers.
