I would not recommend this clinic to CDL drivers for a DOT medical exam. Although I completed the exam, the medical certificate was not properly processed, and I have been unable to return to work for over a week and a half. There appeared to be confusion regarding where and how to submit the medical results, and as a result FMCSA does not have my exam on record. I left several messages for the manager over the course of a week, but have not received a return call. Overall, this experience caused significant delays and lost work time, and I would advise CDL drivers to consider other options.

Had my pregnant wife waiting until 2 when her appointment was at 1 and she got there at 12:50 this place is horrible service.

Miserably run organization. I moved here from Chicago a few years ago and, apart from my primary care physician (who is very good), the entire Northbay Health system seems like a very poorly run and managed organization. A good example is their lab set-up. Like most people, every year I'm required to get bloodwork done for my annual physical. And every single time I show up to get that bloodwork done, I'm told I have to wait from between 2 and 4 hours! EVERY SINGLE TIME! I ask about getting an appointment and I'm told that it's "first-come-first served" only. I am 70 years old and I have been seeing physicians all my life and I have NEVER encountered a more inept and incompetent system, just to draw blood! Whoever designed this system should be fired. Americans pour hundreds of billions of dollars into this miserable for-profit medical industry, far more than any other country on earth and yet the U.S. ranks 33rd in healthcare outcomes. This example at Northbay is just the tip of the iceberg. Of course, the physicians and the incompetent MBA executives who run Northbay are making very comfortable salaries. But despite their inflated incomes, they can't even get their lab set-up to run properly, making patients wait HOURS just to get a 2-minute blood draw! This is no way to treat patients. FIX IT NOW, you inept fools! UPDATE, One Year Later: I went into my doctor's office this morning to pick up my "lab form" for bloodwork for my upcoming appointment. This time I was able to get into their in-house lab almost instantly! The wait was only about 5 minutes. Perfect. The receptionist told me that Northbay had changed and improved their in-house lab work since my last visit. Apparently, they were well aware that the lab set-up wasn't good. Thankfully, they fixed it. Don't know if it my complaint and bad review from last year had anything to do with it (or my mentioning this morning that I was now planning to get all my bloodwork done at Quest instead--which means less $$ for Northbay, of course), but it worked. Northbay now has a very convenient in-house lab set-up without the intolerable wait times I'd experienced in the past. Thank you, Northbay, for fixing this.

Excellent healthcare service. However, front desk needs to be more professional. I understand the stress when there’s short staffing, but you should not give attitude on the phone. Also, I witnessed a very anxious woman who keeps bugging the front desk about an appointment somewhere else she’s about to miss coz she’s been waiting in Northbay for too long, she understood the whole short staff situation and left instead. When the woman left, the 2 front desk talked about her in unprofessional way. Overall, good experience for me.

I was hurt at work and had to call the Company Nurse. After a surprisingly quick phone process I was directed to go to NorthBay Healthcare. The ladies at the counter were very helpful and friendly. I didn't have to wait in the waiting room for a long time before being called. They place is impeccably clean! Walking down the hallway you would have thought the place was only open for a couple of days. The rooms a very comfortable and roomy. They don't have a scale that you stand on, it is built into the bed. After you sit down the nurse take your temperature. The doctor that saw me was very knowledgeable and wants for me to fully recover. All of the employees do their best to make sure that you feel at home!
