My mother was suppose to be seen at home 48 hrs after release of Mercy San Juan Hospital. We have NOT seen anyone & it’s been a week. Tried calling the number which says sorry the person you are trying to reach has not set up a mailbox. How unprofessional for a business to not have a message center for call backs. Ridiculous!!
