I went to Mandy for pelvic floor PT, which is not easy to find in this area. The staff here were very nice and so was the facility but I didn’t have a good experience with Mandy. Considering the whole body is connected, my last PT helped me with not just pelvic floor but also strengthening my core, deep breathing exercises, neck, back, and shoulders which are all problem areas for me. My doctor even put neck on my referral as well as pelvic floor and it was on my intake form. Mandy did not do any of this. When I told her the last pt talked about how to properly do kegels she scoffed and said no as if that’s not a thing. I kept asking her for more exercises than just kegels (which I can do at home and not pay $350 for). She said let’s talk about your goals, did you have any of this symptom in the last 3 days and I said I didn’t know/I wasn’t sure and she rudely replied “I don’t know well hm that doesn’t help me it kind of seems like a yes or no question.” I’m neurodivergent and have trouble understanding some of these qualifiers and she was so rude about it. I wore jeans once and she brought it up three times even tho it was fine because I had to remove them anyway and wear a sheet. She adjusted my pelvis and said “wow you may not need to come back!” as if that is going to magically fix all my body pain and pelvic floor issues. I told my new PT this and she couldn’t believe it. The whole body is connected but she refused to hear about my neck and shoulder issues. She was so focused on hitting her own bench stones that she’s probably getting evaluated on. I didn’t have a good experience with her and it’s such a delicate area you need someone you trust who is kind. I’d go somewhere else for pelvic floor PT.

I can't say enough about this place, i tore both rotator cuffs and both biceps. I am also having problems with my back from a fall I took in 2024. I have had three cases here right rotator cuff tear and bicep tear left rotator cuff tear and bicep tear, and muscle pain in my thoracic area, in my back. So needless to say I have a lot of physical therapy here. I started at a different place, and you want to talk about a difference. It's like night and day. The first place I went to was archaic. The equipment was so old. And they really didn't know what they were doing. I was there for about three months before I came here. I can't say enough about this place. The people are compassionate, they listen to you they hear you. I had so much pain I could barely move and they've worked with me and now i'm getting ready to have my right shoulder and my right bicep surgery. I know im in good hands. I can't wait to graduate but I don't want to have to say goodbye to all these wonderful people. I will miss them when im done.

This place rocks (I know, I'm a retired geologist). I've had many orthopedic surgeries over my 70 years so I know PT. My latest was an achilles repair that wasn't 100% and causing secondary issues (toes, ankle, back, hip, high ibuprofen intake). A year of rehab had gotten me to the "4 mo." point of the Protocol. I switched to IPPT. Brian took over (Collins and Nicole too) and had my foot/bad habits figured out and me on track by the second week. After 6 weeks I'm progressing pain free and am now able to walk on my toes, balance on one foot, juggle (just kidding) and more. I HIGHLY recommend.
