I had a fantastic experience with Amore Home Health. After being hospitalized for 5 days with a back injury, I returned home on a Thursday and was referred to Amore for 3 weeks of Home Physical Therapy before starting Outpatient PT. Geoff from Amore contacted me later that same evening and was at my home the next day for the intake assessment (Friday). PT started on Monday with Ann, and I just finished the 3 weeks (6 sessions) with a final “check-out” assessment by Geoff. I was impressed with both of them: they arrived at my house at the promised time, and they were patient, knowledgeable, and friendly. Bonus points for a great sense of humor! Both took the time to carefully explain everything they were recommending and even outlined how the process would go in future appointments. I received printed sheets with all the exercises, so I didn’t have to take notes or rely on my memory. They provided tips to improve my recovery, even beyond the scope of PT (such as dealing with household and self-care tasks). Of course, I hope I never need Home PT again, but if I do, I’d definitely contact Amore!

I am deeply unhappy with the communication between the therapist and patient at Amore. Throughout our time with them, my wife was never given clear goals or updates on her progress. Disturbingly, my wife developed bed sores, and the nurse failed to check her wound during his last two visits. Consequently, I had to take my wife to her primary physician for proper care. The office manager assured me that my concerns would be addressed and urged me to give Amore another chance. Unfortunately, this was a big mistake, as the incidents only increased. It became clear that the therapist did not genuinely care about my wife's well-being, nor did they suggest any additional equipment or measures to improve her condition. Enrolling my wife in Amore's care was a regrettable decision. We wasted our time, saw no progress, and it felt like Amore was only interested in collecting money rather than providing quality care. I strongly advise against using their services.

My dad needed home health care administering antibiotics daily for three weeks. Rudy, RN came to our home at 7:30am Sat, Sun & Mon starting Oct 8-30th & teaching my husband & I how to administer the meds. Rudy was awesome. He is VERY knowledgeable, caring, compassionate, detailed, very patient. Adrian, PT & Mark, OT were very good, knowledgeable, caring, respectful, accommodating to our schedule. All three guys made you feel comfortable with them. We bonded well. We are so excited that we went with Amore Home Health. The administrative staff were good. Medication arrived on time. Our experience was AWESOME! THANK YOU AMORE HOME HEALTH CARE FOR MAKING THE JOURNEY A MEMORIABLE ONE!

Rey took care of my mother and was a great nurse! He was so thorough and supportive and answered all my questions. If we ever need home health again I would go back to them for sure!

I had real difficulty receiving bandages for my condition.in a timely manner. I had to go out and purchase them myself. My nurse was excellent, but I could see his difficulty in staff support that was needed for my condition. Two weeks ago the Supervising nurse called to see me for evauation in order to receive supplies and continue care, no call back yet. Not happy at all. Poor staff management follow-through by administrative staff. If I stayed with this home health care I would never get better.
