For nearly (6) months, Maxim Healthcare Fresno provided 24/7 in-home skilled nursing services for a patient with complex healthcare needs. For us, we were well-equipped to keep our family member at home. Next, we needed a skilled nursing team who could safely adapt to the in-home environment with flexible care, strong patient-caregiver support skills, and make it work. We quickly recognized how challenging this endeavor would be--and it was, although we were committed to keeping our family member at home. As each patient is different, Maxim clinicians developed a personalized care plan to meet specific physical and medical needs. The Maxim team regularly tailored the care plan until patient care was well-supported and working. Maxim ensured consistency with nursing staff and provided monthly schedules. We had a direct line of 24/7 communication whenever needed, and felt our inquiries were heard and our expectations were met. In-home care is the choice we made for our family member and believe we made the right decision with Maxim Healthcare Fresno. Admittedly, it took a few weeks for all to adjust and adapt, including the patient. We quickly discovered there is a list of wide-ranging moving parts to make this work. What made the difference was the willingness of all involved to communicate and remain flexible. It's true: you don't know what you don't know. Maxim skilled nurses took the lead several times and utilized their collective experiences as healthcare professionals to support us. We remain grateful ~

Worst place ever! I was given a job, then a staff member talked me out of that job I ordered to give me a different job, and the Requiter got mad at them and me! They are extremely immature and unprofessional here! It’s a shame that they’re in charge of people who need help! Chrystal and Jheren are like working with preschoolers! Fresno area! Run don’t walk!

Maxim Healthcare offers a wide range of in-home health services, including skilled nursing, personal caregiving, and private duty nursing, along with specialized care for complex needs like ventilator management, seizure management, and wound care. They also provide behavioral care, physical rehabilitation, and respite care to support individuals with acute illnesses, chronic conditions, and disabilities. They partner with CVRC and other organizations in the Central Valley. My son is a client going on 10 years and we've always had great interactions with staff. There are 2 diffrent entrances. If you are looking for the respite services thru CVRC the entrance is on the Bullard side. There is plenty of parking on that side the other side is a bit more limited.
