My father, a veteran was placed here and almost died under there care. I had to call 911 to come and get him out when I arrived to find him sick. I begged the nurse to help and she said she was busy. They took my father to CMCC where the doctor said my dad was septic and had pneumonia and might not live through the night. I also saw an old woman with dried feces all the way down her leg. Please don't send your loved one here because they are understaffed when they make so much money. It is despicable and because of my own personal experience have changed my life to Exposing these places.

The staff were always very attentive and caring. The building was clean and well organized. The administrator and the managers are always quick to respond to and help resolve questions and concerns. My experience with valley Healthcare Center was really good.

As always, God knows what we need and always has His BEST waiting for us to receive 😇 SO thankful for the EXCELLENT care my husband is receiving after being transferred from the VA Hospital for Physical Therapy. The Director, Therapists, all the staff are WONDERFUL & always happy, which makes for a very positive atmosphere.Their food makes me wish I could have a menu also Thank You to everyone who has helped make our stay here a positive one & possible to return home soon!

My Nana (grandmother) was at Valley Health Care Center for 4months recovering from a heart attack. The nursing staff was simply amazing. They gave her the best care and did not rush her, the therapy department gave her the strength to return back to prior living independently. She enjoyed her stay and will highly recommend family members and friends.
