I was being seen by a physical therapist and home health nurse in my home 1-2x a week and every time the staff came to my home, they were very professional, had great energy, greeted with a smile, and treated me like family. I have never needed a service like this before so I was apprehensive about what the experience would be like at first but after meeting Jane and Yolanda, all my worries went away. They did a great job of caring for me, celebrating my progress, and advising me on what to report back to my care team when there were any concerns. On top of all that, they were easy to reach, they were flexible with their time and our appointments, and really made the effort to work with my hectic traveling schedule. My only feedback would be I wish there was a way to have a consistent appointment every week at the same time. Sometimes I found it challenging to know when to expect someone to arrive but the positive out of that is they always let me know when they were on their way and if I wasn’t available, they were flexible with meeting me another time or date. Given that this is my first (and hopefully only) experience with home health care, it didn't impact my care or my experience and I know they are managing travel time, the weather and seeing other patients. Overall, I’m very grateful for their care and grateful for the opportunity to have gotten care in my own home. I’m happy with the services provided and my overall experience.

We are new to the St Mary’s family and have just started palliative care, with Tammy as my wife’s nurse. Very impressed with everything. Lot of contact via phone and text prior to visit, and about a 90 minute intake appt. I feel she got to know a lot about our family and my wife and we know a bit about her, too. Good sense of humor, helpful and all around nice person who shoots from the hip…..gently. We will look forward to her visits.

Everybody from St. Mary's home Health and hospital care are very professional, very polite, very knowledgeable, and very easy to work with. We do have our favorites that we've been using many times over the last 5 to 10 years. Our favorite nurse is Yolanda, our favorite occupational therapist is Jose, our favorite physical therapist is Jing. There are only five stars for me to rate on this app. In my opinion on a scale of 1 to 10 they're all a 25 !!

The cleargy only visited 1 time in a period of over two years! We clearly stated we would like regular visits. One of the nurses called Adult Protective Services on the family because they lacked communication skills to evaluate the situation, in which the family was getting a second opinion before starting a medication. One of the nurses was having personal problems that affected her work performance. Medications weren't being ordered in a timely fashion. Catheter bags were not changed for long periods of time, which began to smell so bad that it made being next to the patient uncomfortable because of the smell. Medical equipment took a long time to get because the nurse didn't put orders in on a timely basis. This company says they support the family in their time of need. But they failed to do this adequately for our family! The care they provided at the beginning of our services was good. But it became not so good, as our time with them continued.
