We have been clients of Green Tree Home Care since March 2025 when my father's beloved caregiver retired. Unfortunately, the agency from which we sourced her was unable to find a replacement that met all of our requirements, so suggested we contact another agency for assistance. My initial contact was with Yoselin who carefully listened to my in-depth description of my father, his medical issues, his care needs and the list of qualifications/requirements/needs we were looking for in a caregiver. She indicated that she would speak with her Staffing Manager and review all of their current caregivers to determine if they would be able to assist us and, if so, would reach back out to me. She contacted me two days later with a short list of candidates with a clear front runner. Andrea came to our home to see our home environment and confirm our list of requirements for a caregiver, as well as develop a list of tasks for the caregiver to perform for my father. She said they had a caregiver in mind, and she started with us the following week. The caregiver, Margie, was wonderful and highly skilled. She and my father got along wonderfully, and she even taught him some words in Spanish! We had Margie with us for 5 months and cherished the time that she was with us. When she left, the agency started a new search and, until a permanent replacement could be placed, my father had a few temporary caregivers assist him. They were very good and highly skilled, but not a perfect fit for him long term. Within a week, they found a fantastic caregiver who started with us shortly thereafter. Carlo has been with us for the past 2.5 months and we could not be happier with the care that he provides for my father. He is a highly skilled CNA with a wealth of experience and is an absolutely delightful person. Jacqui is our go to representative for all staffing needs and schedule changes. She does an excellent job at managing our caregivers schedule, as well as needed schedule changes. As for the reasons that we would recommend Green Tree Home care to any client and/or family member looking for care for their loved one: 1) Business Operation: This is a minority, female owned and run business, and it shows. Every member of the staff is truly committed to and engaged in the business of providing quality and compassionate care to the clients and families that they serve. They have systems in place that allow them to efficiently schedule caregivers, account for tasks performed, communicate with the client/family, record caregiver’s time & updates on client care, invoice clients, etc. Every time we have called/texted/e-mailed, someone has picked up the phone and/or responded to us in a timely manner. They have an easy to navigate website with helpful information. Lastly, they have a client portal where the client can see invoices, care plans, leave comments, etc. 2) Communication: Every member of the staff that we have dealt with over the past 7 months has been wonderful. They answer the phone when you call. They respond to e-mails and texts in a timely manner. They are professional, polite and responsive. They clearly listen to your needs, concerns and/or questions and address them quickly and efficiently. 3) Quality of Caregivers & Staff: The (4) caregivers that we have had the pleasure of having with us on either a short or long-term basis have had good and applicable work experience; strong training/licensing/education; quickly learn the client’s care plan and execute it well; and are truly people who enjoy the work that they do and it shows. They are polite, professional, and report to work typically wearing scrubs, a name badge and have gloves/masks, if needed. They follow good hygiene protocols by wearing gloves and washing their hands often. They perform a plethora of client care duties, as well as light housekeeping chores. They arrive to work on time and work their schedule shift. They accurately document their time. All administrative staff know the business and execute their designated roles flawlessly.

Greentree is an amazing agency, all of the office staff are nice, helpful, and available. The care staff is very helpful as well, Ive been with this company for a little over a year and the experience has been amazing, they always have available shifts, fair pay and they appreciate their caregivers by having appreciation celebrations, employee of the month and holiday parties.

We have been utilizing services from Green Tree for about six months and have been extremely pleased with the support they've provided. Not only has the assigned caregiver to my mother (Rachel,) been fantastic and incredibly supportive, the agency at large has been wonderfully flexible, friendly, and professional. My mom's health presentation and needs vary considerably from week to week and having in-home support able to flex with us has been a Godsend. It has been especially helpful to have their support in getting her to and from various medical appointments while I have been unavailable working. Moreover, they have been great in working with our longterm care insurance. To anyone in the weeds looking for a good fit amidst the myriad options available, Green Tree comes highly recommended!
