Your family member will be left in incompetent care. This company was the in home care provider for my mother after her return home from a right hemisphere stroke where she was making a full recovery. In the first month they could not provide the 16 hour a day 7 day a week care that was promised which is vital in planning for and the well being of your family member. The end result was one lvn for 8 hours, no weekends, no returned calls, the run around and us trying to figure out how to pivot to care for my mother with no medical experience. (She was approved for 16 hr a day 7 days a week by insurance provider). A second nurse was finally able to be retained after four weeks. It’s important to note that my mothers level of care included a trach tube, IV meds, a PEG, 4 liters of oxygen, a catheter and body shifting as she was just beginning to move her limbs again. After two months my mother suffered another major stroke to the left hemisphere this time and was not taken to the hospital for at least a week because the provided nurses who were charged to care for and monitor her everyday could not recognize that she had a major stroke! Going from one day talking and working toward recovery to being incapacitated! Instead she had to be rushed to the hospital after being assessed during a doctors appointment. It’s criminal the way this company operates and it’s playing with lives. Beware for your family members lives if you choose this company! I have all text from Tyler of the initial set up of care and all communicated and expected level of care that was discussed, double checked and understood if anyone needs to see the level of deception that this company operates at! Sincerely Joseph Solorzano my mothers name is Joanne Easterling who is in the hospital fighting for her life.

I don't recommend this agency. It's the worst, except for the Gardena one, which is the one the South Central Regional Center works with. At this Gardena agency, the staff is disgusting, unprofessional, and untrained. They think they're giving you the service for free, and the manager is just a decoration.
