The doctors were all very nice and helpful. The nurse specifically working with me was a joy. One thing I did not like about my experience is that it took way too long than I expected. But overall it was good. Merry Christmas and good luck!

Great experience overall. Check in was seamless and smooth. Triage was friendly and attentive to my needs. I felt heard and respected. Staff did an excellent job diffusing 2 aggressive hospital visitors who were accompanying ill patients. The pharmacist made sure the medications I was buying were within budget (this wowed me). Overall I left happier and confident in the staffs abilities and diagnosis. Too bad I’m moving to Kaiser in January. This was honestly one of the best hospital visits I’ve ever experienced.

Very happy with the way the Dr’s and Nurses treat everyone. From front desk check-in, to checking out, everyone is extremely thoughtful, helpful, and very caring. Special thank you to Dr. Zakari for providing great care, and being very attentive, as well as all the Nurses who helped. Great hospital, great Doctors, and amazing nurses.

Every person I encountered in the ER department at Glendale Adventist displayed great respect and empathy during my visit, starting from the check-in process all the way through to discharge. I was particularly impressed with the onsite doctor, Dr. Anthony Cardillo, who took the time to listen to all of my concerns without rushing and treated me with the dignity and respect everyone deserves to have when they are feeling unwell. He took all measures to ensure I got the appropriate treatment for my symptoms and explained his reasoning for ordered tests/scans so that I understood what was going on with my care. The nurses were also wonderful and continued to check in on me periodically as I awaited results, always keeping me up to date on next steps, despite being in this very busy setting, in which I know they have large caseloads of patients. Thank you to everyone at this ER for helping me get well and ensuring I was safe to go home before discharge. You guys are medical rockstars!

Well just to start off going in to the ER. In the triage, the nurse who took my vitals when she told me she was gonna take my temperature and put the probe in my mouth. She’s stuck in it so hard that it hurt me and then when she told me she had to take my BP she put on the cuff and then got my arm and put it down fast and rough. Bug I let my RN in the ER. But when I was admitted all my RN’s Were excellent no complaints. But there was one nursing assistant, who wasn’t very helpful to the RN or to myself. Her name was Valeria. When she was going to the room to help with the taking the patient to the restroom, it looks like she didn’t wanna be there and then I will try to ask her something. I should just say yes and no answers had a bad attitude. And when I got discharged, she was supposed to take me down to take me out of the hospital and and she said she was busy so they put Yesenia to help me and and then while we were walking out, she was just talking to somebody in the hall, she wasn’t busy, but she said she has said she was busy. And the Nursing assistant Yesenia helped me to get dressed and done everything for me. She was very helpful and polite. And the person in charge of the call light when you call for the nurse was very, very helpful too. They will tell you they were gonna come. I enjoyed the food. 🍱
