Very challenging reaching and communicating with the office staff. However, the initial assessment RNs were very helpful. Malia's care of my wound, flexibility with my many doc's appointments, gentle and friendly disposition truly helped me in my recovery. I tried everything to keep the services of All Care Home Health only because of nurse Malia. But my change in insurance plan did not work out. The subcontracted Physical and Occupational therapists made a huge difference in my recory. Very caring and motivating through the recovery process. 5+ stars to all the clinicians assissting me at home 🙏😌

I would like to start this review by thanking in my opinion to D best PT nurse that I have ever been with. Irina, thank you for all the care and the great customer service skills for physical therapy, without your help and knowledge, I wouldn't be able to get back my Range of Motion on my knee as fast as I did. The day of my knee replacement surgery the surgeon mentioned that he requested a Physical Therapy at home to start as soon as possible, por my surprise I received a call the day that I was discharged from the hospital from Irina. Irina, with her great customer service skills, asked to see if I was available for assessment on the following day of my surgery. I will tell all that a knee replacement is a very painful procedure especially when it comes to physical therapy. Thankfully with the knowledge and care of Irina, the PT was very easy with minimal pain and discomfort. Thank You Irina for all the care!!!!

Home Healthcare sent my 90-yr old father a physical therapist. This therapist went into my elderly fathers office and stole all his bank check books. He wrote checks from my fathers account. As a result, we had to close my fathers checking account, open a new checking account, call each company to have them cancel the checks written to them and call Social Security to have my father’s check deposited into his new account. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! We will be calling the police and the bank is also investigating.

A nurse from AllCare took care of my grandma today. She received wound care for her sacral buttock area. I was bit anxious because my grandma is 96 yoa with dementia. Turned out that the nurse did a great job. My grandma was surprisingly very comfortable with her wound care. The nurse was very patient and kind to my grandma. I can tell that the wound care was done correctly since I am a registered nurse myself. If you are looking for quality home health service, I highly recommend AllCare and the nurse that took care of my grandma!! (I wish I got her name)

Worst hospice company ever. They really want their patients to die faster then they should. My mother has a u.t.i witch i told the rn she said that they could not give her any antibiotics. Ok fine we tried to fix her u.t.i with water cranberry juice ect. Months later it got worse she ended in the hospital with sepsis. Guess what i was told by this hospice company you should have just let her go. Really??? What kind of company are these wackos running. Then i get a call telling me cause my mom went to the hospital they will no longer take her back into their program. Um thank god you won't. Best part of this company was my moms nurse Kate, she is the most sweetest person ever we are going to miss having her as our nurse.
