I’m writing to express my concern about the unprofessional behavior I’ve experienced from one of your home health care representatives who answers the phones The most recent incident occurred today approximately 345 P.M. today’s date is November 5, 2020 Five. On multiple occasions, she has been rude, disrespectful, and has hung up on me when I requested to speak with a supervisor. This has happened more than once, and it leaves a very poor impression of the agency’s professionalism and customer service. As someone who values respectful and compassionate communication—especially in a health care setting—I hope this matter can be addressed. Patients and families deserve to be treated with courtesy and understanding when calling for assistance.
