We had a nurse come to the house for about 10 weeks and she was excellent, her name was LESLIE she explained everything to us, she was very caring and made sure that our problems were all taken care of.

Worst care ever, Nurse came to repack an open wound but didn’t bring any supplies to do so. He kept saying that it was not his fault, I asked whose fault is it then? When you go to redress a wound, shouldn’t you bring all the supplies that are necessary to do s?? UPDATE: I can’t remember her name, but someone returned my call from the office and she was so nice. She actually had someone bring the necessary supplies to my house and then a few hours later Felicia called and said that she would be coming to redress my wound and that she will be my nurse from now on. She informed me that per my doctors instructions. My wound is to be repacked three days a week she told me which days she will be coming over and that you will call at least an hour before. Thank you to the office manager, who returned my call and made sure that I was taken care of and thank you to Felicia.

Danger!!...don't consider this company. Poor customer service who don't return calls. Even messages left for the owner go unanswered. Untrained staff who state they don't go to small facilities---unheard of in the home health world. They were reported to Dept. of Public Health & Kaiser who partners with them. This company should be banned from operation. This rating should actually be Zero !.....Com Care gets an F-.

Such a horrible service , plus horrible people , the nurses , plus the company itself do not care about the patients. Be aware of nurses Nicole and January. Very very very rude , mean, and nasty. Just there for the money. This company not only failed to come out . But failed to order and supply supplies . We had to come out of pocket every single time to buy our own supplies hundreds of dollar in supplies when they are suppose to supply them . Never came out or communicated with appointments always had to call out and call the office to get updates . If you want your family member to get well and better . Please stay away from this company.

Irresponsible people who make easy money and poor decisions! To those people who were left waiting file a GRIEVANCE to Kaiser and believe that they will handle this matter! I put them in place they send nurses without supplies and per procedure they are supposed to call the patients ONE DAY before visit not the same day! Report them to the State Department and Health Department and they will know !
