Excellent, and I highly recommend. I have been looking for an opportunity to express our thanks and compliments to Jonathan and all of the staff who assisted me with my parent's care. It was a very steep learning curve for me when I suddenly became my parent's full-time caregiver. I had so many questions, and, from the first contact, Jonathan and the staff were kind, patient, reassuring, and professional. We ended up needed their care for multiple "episodes" (insurance-speak) due to a bunch of issues with my parent's overall health, and, through every one, we were treated with courtesy, kindness, and intelligence. My many questions were met with patience and respect for what is/was best for my parent. I am truly grateful, and I will always speak very highly of this agency!
