Everyone in the facility are very nice and accommodating to our Brother-in-law and to us his family. The place is clean and organized. Every staff are helping each other to provide basic needs to their client and the family. Thank you and we are looking forward to work with you for the next 2 months of my Brother-in-law’s rehab.

Dear people at Golden Haven, Coming from my last evening visit to mom for dinner. Mom is so happy she will be out. But I am filled with mixed emotions for departing from this “2nd home” for mom and the bonds formed. It’s been such an experience and we enjoyed so much love and care from all staff, nurses, charge nurses and CNAs. I am touched and left the evening giving hugs. Much appreciation for amazing Lilia, Nazik, William, Autumn, Maria, Gabbie and the rest of the CNAs. Kristine and Kayla are also amazing and unbeatable duo. Along the seeing the good rating of this site they were the primary reason why we brought mom over to this facility. I will also add Marites the gifted and caring social worker. Without her coordination many things could have gone wrong and be unpleasant. Thank you Marites. Made life so much easier for mom and us. Of course I am not mentioning DN Elias and Mgr Sela. Those are high up and that’s given. I got emotional. If it’s possible to come from time to time and just say hi without distracting anyone would be good. Regardless, you guys have both my wife’s and my contact numbers, and we even say you guys are welcome to stop by at our home and visit mom. Likewise all mentioned names can do the same. My brother has been in this facility for a while. The place is kept clean always. There are many people on staff to care for my brother. They are warm and friendly .. and, do seem to care about his well being. He really likes the food. He is not always easy. I can't recommend this place enough. My brother has been in other places, and this one is definitely the best!

I am very satisfiedl With the services of the nurses Especially Maritess the social Worker is very helpful and Attentive to my concerns. Things Are done expeditiously and without the need of repeated follow up. The level of personalized care isn’t often found at other such facilities, which is a shame. Im extremely grateful that I found this great facility.

Our aunt was transferred to this facility recently and we are very happy with the type and quality of care. Some of our family lives in another country and some of us in a different state. We visited our aunt this past weekend and were impressed by the way that she is treated and how caring the staff is. The facility is very clean and we can tell that our aunt feels comfortable and safe. The staff was very welcoming during our visit and now we can have peace of mind that our aunt is well taken care of. We have received the support and empathy that we need as her family and thank the staff for always being kind and friendly, especially when they handle our long distance calls to our aunt.
