I have been in an epidemiological study of men for nutrition study for thirty years. I am proud of Harvard’s research, which is still ongoing. I will not encourage you to order this material, ostensibly from Harvard. 1) I just called the telephone number of this resource (on their web page) Home Health people in Los Angeles County and they disavowed any business relationship with Harvard University. 2) I ordered Harvard letter on walking, a subject that I have a high level of knowledge. It was merely a compilation of old notions, pale hints and admonitions, with little benefit for anyone seeking an authoritative understanding if the subject. 3) these so-called Harvard reports are way overpriced compared with value. Go to Google for better information. Go to Nayo Clinic for your health questions. Don't buy these serially, overpriced newsletters
