A very dear friend of mine (who's 78 years old) has been Trying to get "Discharged" by Janus so that he can return to the Physical Therapists that ACTUALLY Work Him Out, and they REFUSED TO Discharge Him?! I will be speaking with them Tomorrow and will Edit my review, IF Necessary. As it was, this gentleman got SWINDLED into switching his Medicare Insurance from Blue Cross to Cigna, and HAD TO Switch PT's, as a result. Janus' "P.T.'s" did NOTHING BUT Take His Vitals and LEAVE...PERIOD!! He has been come SO WEAK because he IS NOT GETTING THE SERVICES THAT JANUS IS SUPPOSED TO BE PROVIDING...and THEY REFUSE to "Discharge" Him?! They WILL FIX this Problem Or they WILL BE REPORTED!! ***EDIT: It's been 5 MONTHS since Janus "Discharged" my friend. They submitted his Final Billing with the Incorrect Discharge Code, so he CANNOT BE DISCHARGED in the Medicare Home Health System, which means he cannot go to ANY OTHER Physical Therapy provider...No Matter HOW BADLY He Needs It!! Janus REFUSES to pick up when I call now and WON'T Call Back OR FIX THEIR ERROR!! On Top of JANUS' NEGLIGENCE/INCOMPETENCE, MEDICARE Can't Even Manually Update the Home Health System! Because, well, it's a Government Agency!! And, Rest Assured, Janus was paid 100% of their Overly Inflated Prices for services they Weren't Even Providing!! 🤬😡😠😤 SAVE YOURSELF THE HEADACHES AND YOUR HEALTH and GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!! I Guarantee you will REGRET IT IF YOU USE Janus!!

Complete scam of a company, calling our home at 6:01am soliciting services that are not ordered by a practicing physician. Very unethical! To make things worse, reading reviews, I notice a 4 star review from the very solicitor that called me! Just incredible the depth of dishonesty this company and their employees stoop to.

I have no idea why a health care company would send out a notary. It seemed highly suspicious. They could not give me plausable reason why a notary would be needed to acquire home health care. I suspect this business isn't on the up and up.
