Lydia has constantly shown patience and compassion in handling my grandpa with the utmost care. He absolutely adores her and her cooking. She remembers all the little things he likes, as he can be quite picky, and that has made her such a dear friend to my grandpa. Her communication skills are great, as she keeps a record of everything on his care throughout the day, both good and bad, and always brings up any concerns about his well being that she may have.
